Who are City Women Speakers?
When does City Women Speakers meet?
City Women Speakers meet every other Wednesday (NOT on Bank Holidays). Please check for our next meeting on our Eventbrite page.
When do meetings start and finish?
Please arrive by 18:00 for a 18:15 start. Meetings generally finish around 20:15pm. You can find exact details of our next meeting on our Eventbrite page.
Do I need to register before attending a meeting?
Yes, we alternate between ‘members only’ meetings and ‘guests & members’ meetings. For guests & members meetings, we have 8 spaces available for guests but these are often booked up weeks in advance. Please register as soon as possible to secure your place, or to have your name added to the waiting list. Registration is essential in order to be issued with a security pass for the building.

Is it expensive to join?
Toastmasters is a not-for-profit organisation, but there are some costs associated with printing materials, club fees, etc. If you compare our membership fees to various courses you can attend, City Women Speakers is a very affordable and incredibly effective way to learn public speaking and to develop confidence.
